The caption on the front of the web site says a lot about the Weight Watchers diet, “Dont eat less, eat smart.” This diet is best for those wanting a structured program. It has the PointsPlus program which allots points based on the foods in the recipe. It’s focused on healthy eating and assisting you in eating healthy with loads of recipe options. There are weight watcher meetings to help you get started and ther is an extensive web site where you can follow a plan online.
