Your knuckles won’t hit the cutting board, either. Possessing a full tang and ice-hardened blade for strength and durability, the knife comes very sharp and stays sharp for a long time. While it’s advertised as dishwasher safe, it’s always better to hand wash to lengthen the lifespan of the knife. This knife is reasonably priced at $99.95.
