Calphalon KNR4008C Review
A high-quality chefs knife for only $29.99, this Calphalon contemporary 8-inch knife is forged from high carbon stainless steel from its tip to its tang. Very secure and sturdy with no separate parts, the blade and full tang are resistant to rust, stains, and discolorations. We were satisfied with the contoured, ergonomic handle, which is easy for both small and large hands to grip. For the money, this chef’s knife is extremely sharp and well balanced and easy to maintain with sharpening and cleaning.
