Chicago Cutlery Centurion Review
The Chicago Cutlery Centurion 8-inch chefs knife features a sharp blade edge from the start, and it stays sharp for long periods of time with proper sharpening maintenance. The overall aesthetics of the knife is quite pleasing, with a polished blade and hand-contoured black polymer handle. The construction is also quite sturdy because of the three stainless steel rivets that secure the handle and provide excellent balance. As with most chefs knives, this Chicago Cutlery knife is best hand-washed to preserve its long life. We were impressed with the fine quality of this knife, which costs only $19.99.
