A refreshingly lightweight and compact model, this Hamilton Beach hand mixer has a powerful, versatile motor and a useful QuickBurst feature that adds some extra oomph to any of the five speeds. The stainless steel beaters and whisk are dishwasher-safe and the power cord wraps up neatly for easy storage. For only $29.44, this mixer can handle a variety of substances, thin or thick, and its clean, ergonomic design is pleasing in its simplicity. We especially liked how it stands up on its base, its beaters resting over the bowl so nothing drips on the counter.
