Cuisinart SM-55 Review
With an incredibly powerful 800-watt motor, this die-cast metal stand mixer from Cuisinart can tackle all the heavy-duty mixing and kneading jobs you throw at it. The dough hooks are durable enough to handle thick, sticky dough, and there’s also a gentle fold feature. A convenient aspect of this mixer is the countdown timer that runs for 15 minutes, giving you the freedom to move around the kitchen as it’s doing its work; it even shuts off automatically, so you don’t have to worry about leaving the room for a minute. Made of durable material but still not extremely heavy, this Cuisinart mixer is a bargain at $291.99.
