With a smoothly curved handle and solid but lightweight feel, this hand mixer from Oster delivers powerful mixing results for the low price of $22.70. Even with heavy, thick substances and sticky dough, its beaters and hooks work through it effectively. I found the controls very user-friendly and easy to switch from one speed to another. The lowest speed is quite slow and gentle, meaning there’s little to no mess to worry about. A diligent, solid little worker, this Oster hand mixer provides a lot of value and satisfaction for its affordable price.
