Mr. Coffee Programmable Coffeemaker Review
The size of the Mr. Coffee maker is perfect for the one coffee drinker household who has economy in mind or needs an extra shot of joe at the office. Based on current US coffee cup sizes though, the 4-cup here really equates to about 2 cups of coffee per coffee pot. This standard coffee maker makes our 10 ten ratings review list because for a small investment, this list drip maker gets the job done.
The coffee really does taste quite good. Expect brewing time for this automatic coffee maker to be a little longer than that of a 10 or 12-cup drip coffee maker. This is typically true of most 4 to 5-cup coffee makers because any coffee making unit needs to first heat up to a high temperature to get the coffee brewing.
A very handy feature included on this inexpensive device is a daily brew timer, which will have the coffee ready at the perfect time in the morning. It does need to be set each time before use, which may seem inconvenient, but it also acts as an additional smart safety feature for this small device.
