GE JES1142SPSS
This may be one of the smaller countertop microwaves on the list, but GE has provided plenty of durability and power with this one. It’s a small and boxy model, but 1,100 watts gives it powerful cooking abilities. Foods heat up very quickly and evenly thanks to all of that power. The controls are simple and the unit even offers 13 different one touch cook options for anything you can come up with for dinner. Sadly, there is no sensor cook mode. You’ll have to provide the info on what’s inside for the proper cook and thaw cycles. Best of all, this GE microwave packs in a lot of features for just a bit more than $100.
