Char-Griller 2123 Review
The perfect size for the average family, the Char-Griller 640-Inch Charcoal Grill/Smoker is also up to the task of serving large parties and barbecues. An air-tight lid seals in the heat for grilling and smoking and effectively snuffs out the charcoal to be used again later. The main grill has 435 square inches and the additional warming rack adds another 200 square inches. We liked being able to adjust the distance between the grates and the charcoal and having a heat gauge that makes maintaining the temperature easy. With the option of adding rotisserie and side firebox attachments, this Char-Griller model is a great bargain at $106.97.
