The design looks sophisticated and eye-catching, and the blending power is strong to match. Smooth-running and easy to operate with just two speeds determined by a simple switch, the blender includes a one-ounce measuring cap for adding additional ingredients as you make soups, smoothies, or other treats. Taking it apart is easy, too, given that the jar lifts off the base without a cumbersome locking feature. Most of the time, you can simply mix some hot soapy water in the blender for a quick clean.
