Olympus Pen E-PL2 Review
By Brian Jones
Ideal for the photographer taking a step up from the point and shoot, the Olympus Pen E-PL2 is a compact, non-threatening digital SLR with great 12 MP shots. Its video capabilities are quite satisfactory at 720p, with a convenient dedicated movie button on the back of the camera. Focusing on subjects is made easier with face detection technology that automatically targets eyes. Overall, this Olympus model, available for $495, is a great entry-level SLR that isn’t bulky and heavy like most professional cameras.
