GE Power PRO X550-BK
By Brian Jones
This relatively low-priced ultra zoom camera acts as a bridge between point and shoots and an DSLRs. It has a powerful zoom for a compact camera at 15x. The 16 MP sensor is going to make very sharp images as well. A ton of preset modes built into the camera include typical options plus special settings like fireworks, snow, and museum. The high dynamic range feature optimizes the exposure to restore color and vibrancy to light and dark shots. The panorama mode is a cool feature, as is the electronic viewfinder that helps you aim the camera just right. Overall, this bridge digital camera has a lot of great features and can be found for around $150.
