Char-Broil Patio Bistro
Heat is the most sought after element of grilling. It can be tough to find an electric grill that really has some heat to it. This Char-Broil grill out performs a lot of others when it comes to this. The secret is leaving it alone for long enough without opening the lid. Anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes will get this grill up to and beyond 500 degrees. The amount of cooking space is somewhat limited, so it is better suited for smaller families. The infared heating works to create a more even cook without drying out food. This also gets rid of hot spots and flare ups. It’s relatively small and has wheels, so hiding it away shouldn’t be a problem for most.
