Whirlpool WTW7990XG Review
This looks like the washing machine of the future. Its sleek, solid design and simple console (just two buttons and a touchscreen) belies the many options it offers. The highlight is the 7 in. color LCD touchscreen with tabs for clothes, colors, bed and bath, classic, and repeat settings. The dark-tinted reflective glass lid has a self-lift feature, and LED lights in the drum turn on when opened. As a bonus feature, an integrated USB port lets you download future software upgrades for additional wash cycles. With a retail price of $2099.00, this washer isn’t cheap, but its intelligent software lets you customize your washes with ease. .
