Flowerbomb
By Lane Reid
Viktor & Rolf the Amsterdam-based fashion house launched their first fragrance, Flowerbomb, in 2005.The bottle is a fashion statement in itself. The pink glass bottle is cut in the shape of a glass diamond bomb and has a wax seal with Viktor & Rolf’s logo on it. Ultra chic! The bottle is a suggestion of what is contained inside. Bomb indeed! A feminine floral explosion followed by an enticing sweetness. Flowerbomb’s fans often refer to it as addictive. This scent isn’t really season specific which makes it an easy wear. Flowerbomb comes in a hair mist which is amazing! With every movement, heavenly wafts of fragrace wash over you. The hair mist is also a little lighter which is great for day wear. It’s on the pricey side, Eau de Parfum is $25.00 – $155.00.
It’s classified as an oriental floral and it’s notes are:
Top – Bergamot, tea
Middle – Jasmine, freesia and orchid
Base – Centiflora rose, patchouli
