For budget-minded customers, the Proctor Silex toaster oven broiler goes for only $24.88 and gives a satisfactory, no-frills performance. While the toast function is sometimes erratic, the broiling and baking features work well. The capacity is large enough to hold two small pizzas, and the convenient removable crumb tray makes cleaning up easy. The control panel could use bigger, clearer labeling, but overall, this Proctor Silex toaster oven is nicely designed and looks good on the counter.
