A selection of bright, snazzy colors, including red, makes this European-style gas range stand out. And it’s not just looks, but also function that makes this Bertazzoni model stand apart from the rest. Its highly efficient burners bring the flames closer to the pans for a faster cooking time. The burners operate with two controls, which takes getting used to but offers more temperature accuracy. The convection oven works quite well, although the oven capacity is not great enough for large pizzas or pans. This model runs expensive at $2,799, but its stylish color and design and professional cooking performance make it worth the price.
