Different motherboards come with different feature sets and varying support for the different types of processors out there. Some have things to detect and transfer heat, USB boosting, and multi-graphics card support. You should examine a motherboard closely before determining if it will be perfect for your machine. We looked at 10 of the best motherboards out there and rated them based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n 1. Widest range of processor support
\n2. Memory amount and speed capacity
\n3. Plenty of fast PCI, SATA, and USB connections
\n4. Graphics card support
\n5. Heat guard, fast boot, USB boost, etc. features
\n6. On board sound output capabilities
