Christian Dior has famously said “flowers are the most heavenly creation after women”. His commentary truly comes to life when I smell this fragrance. J’adore was launched in 1999, created by the perfumer Francois Demachy. J’adore won Allure’s 2011 Best of Beauty Award for Classic Scent. As of 2004, Charlize Theron became the face of J’adore. It’s elegant and infinitely feminine. Day or night, this versatile scent defies season. Its many fans often describe it as “sophisticated”. I find J’adore to be….intoxicating. Mid-range in terms of pricing; the Eau de Parfum can be purchased from $62.00 – $102.00, the Eau de Toilette $66.00 – $90.00.

It’s classified as a floral and it’s notes are:

Top – Champaca flower, mandarin, ivy leaves

Middle – African orchid, violet, rose

Base – Damascus, plum, amaranth wood
