\"HenckelsDesigned to have a sturdy balance, this J. A. Henckels 8-inch chefs knife is perfectly suited to repetitive chopping, mincing, and slicing. The rounded blade allows you to work in a rocking, back-and-forth motion instead of up-and-down, so it’s easier on the arm. The handle is slightly heavy and long, but many chefs prefer a bit of heft to the knife. Or if you have big hands, a smaller knife could feel clumsy and awkward. This chefs knife is also surprisingly low-priced at $47.95, a great bargain. <\/p>\n
