\"JVC
\nThis is a great middle of the road pair of noise cancelling headphones. On top of the powered noise cancellation technology, JVC has added a double housing in each ear piece for extra insulation and they connected the ear pads in such a way that noise can\u2019t sneak in. So even with noise cancellation off they do a good job keeping sound out. HANC250\u2032s also deliver on sound quality. JVC made sure of that by putting 40mm drivers in each ear piece to push sound to the next level and achieve an 8-24,000Hz frequency range. You should be able to find these headphones at a reasonable price (usually ranging from $100 to $199.95) as long as you shop around.
